  1. I have to get this off my chest.....Am I the only person who is simply fcked off with the wall to wall news coverage because a parasite died? Her racist drug dealing hubby was her cousin, probably had a hand in the death of her ex daughter in law.....at least two of her sons had sex offenders and child rapist's as friends and her favourite cousin (not the one she married) was involved in Kincora.....

It's madness. I have actually watched MSm and seen people crying because a parasite on society died!!!!!

    Quillers....The woman was a cockroach......

  2. Most people, some worse than others, are being hit hard by the cost of living.....and the people who they voted in to protect everyones interests refuse to meet up to at least release £400 million to the people who need it, help pay for extra nurses, teachers....fund youth groups......

But they will all meet up so they can pay their respects to a dead paraiste.....

  3. I'm kind of ambivalent Frankie, but in the end she was a 96 year old woman who died. Not that she had any control over the trajectory of her life, had scumbags, feebs and incompetents for children and grandchildren who married wrong'uns. So I say have all the distaste you want for those around her but she was stuck in a shitty deal from youth.

  4. Stevie,

She was the head of British Forces...She also had total control of her life and could have thrown the towel in at anytime and brought an end to the Brish Royal soap opera. But she decided to let the show go on while milking the public purse. It is not distaste. I simply have no respect for any of the British Royal family....They are all parasites in my eyes.

    1. Frankie,

That is an honorific title, much like being the monarch. She doesn't govern nor rule like monarchs of old. Besides if she jacked it in another with claims to the throne would take her place. As I said, I don't really care either way, just can't seem to get the motivation to hate nor love.

  5. Stevie,

If you think the British head of state...today it's Charlie boy, has no real power, political influence and is basically a figure head then you are drinking way too much kangaroo juice

    1. They have far less than you think Frankie. No politician will side against the people alongside a monarch, hell, just look at when Diana carked it. Blair had to insist the Queen make a public display of sorrow else the mood really turned to anger against the throne. This isn't the 18th century anymore.

Kangaroo juice? I'd rather eat cake...

Think about what you have said that they have no 'real power'. Think about Diana's death, think about the cover up. That's real power. They can buy off anyone they want and the tax papyer pays for it. If you want think when the British PM meets the head of state for a chat once a week 'to discuss football' over tea and scones. Be my guest.

This isn't the 18th century anymore.

I don't know if you have seen much if any TV coverage of her funeral. It looks very much at times like the 18th century with all the coloured frilly uniforms on show....
