Dixie Elliot ✒ Sinn Féin is shedding Republicanism like a snake sheds it's skin. That is obvious to anyone who is not desperately deluded.

Sinn Féin claims that it will 'bring about change' once in government, yet it now supports the most draconian laws in the state before it is even in government.

One can only imagine what that party will be like once it becomes part of the establishment.

I had a chuckle when Mary Lou McDonald told the clapping seals that 'the writing was on the wall for FF and FG'. These parties ganged up to keep the Sinn Féiners out of government yet she is still holding out the begging bowl, in that she refuses to rule out going into government with them.

I notice that when the Sinn Féiners dump yet another principle for power they always revert to throwing in the odd staunch line or two to keep the clapping seals happy, like Mary Lou telling them that, 'the days of ‘Fenians need not apply’ are over.'

A bit like telling the passengers of the Titanic not to worry that's it's only a leak and there's a band playing on deck for their entertainment...
