Known for his sharp wit, extraordinary command of language and ability to reach across political divides, Ervine became one of the most compelling and unlikely voices for peace during some of the most turbulent years in Irish history.
The Man Who Swallowed a Dictionary brings his fascinating story to the stage in a powerful new play by Robert Niblock, Martin Lynch and Matthew McElhinney.
