Who voted for him? You might ask.
I would say that it had to be stupid people. Very, very stupid people.
I came across a post on Peadar Browne's page earlier saying this Councillor Gavin Pepper was filming himself outside the pub calling the owner a 'bogus Republican'. He also said that 'these infil-weirdos are destroying Republicanism and must be stopped.'
Now I honestly never heard of this Councillor Gavin Pepper before. Hand up to God

I now call it Gavin Pepper's Looney Heads Club because all the very very stupid people who voted for him seem to gather there. If there is a band in this particular club then it has to be the stupidest band in Ireland. These people seem to go out of their way to show how stupid they are.
Anyway, Councillor Gavin Pepper is the same Gavin Pepper (he mustn't have been a Councillor back then) who in Tweet told someone or other that he was from Dublin Ireland in the case of a referendum on Irish Unity that he would vote no It will never happen it cost the uk government 16 billion a year to keep that kip afloat they can keep it.
(And not a single comma or full stop was used in the making of that Tweet)
Maybe he meant that the owner of Peadar Browne's is a bogus publican and not a bogus Republican like himself.
if Elliott is the ( intellectual) cream of the crop the no borders ultra woke republican movement can offer it's no surprise a united island is as distant as in 1921 #IrelandIsFull - explains why we have the highest % of adults in Western Europe stuck living with parents ( despite record levels of new home completions ) .
ReplyDeleteHe is neither ultra woke nor belongs to any republican movement. He calls out the racists and fascists. Not much wrong with that.
DeleteGavin Pepper is an airhead. The fact he managed to get elected shows there is a vacuum emerging. The left, republicans, etc, etc, have all ignored the massive wealth transfers via IPAS centres and even the establishment of said centres in Gaeltacht areas. Sooner or later calling people racists and fascists is going to stop working. There's a growing section of society locked out of the property market with little to lose. We're potentially sleepwalking into a disaster.
DeleteHe doesn't call out the Commies . His A N C buds are predictably doing a sterling job in destroying what's left of a nation that should be as wealthy as Australia . Chungus - Dublin residential rents & prices will double by 2031 . Ireland is fast becoming a dumping ground for unwanted I D less migrants from the rest of Europe . Stockholm gun crime per capita is one third higher than lawless London ! All thanks to the woke mob .
ReplyDeleteThe commies are not behind the racist hatred so he would have no reason to call them out. Just as he is not calling out the Irish soccer team or Primark. There is a lot wrong with the CPs of this world but they are not behind the racism that we see in Ireland.
DeleteIs it yet another figment of your imagination that he has buddies in the ANC? I don't recall him mention them. Without having asked him, I guess his view of the ANC is pretty much like my own - too much like SF to be healthy.
Are you suggesting that South Africa should have continued as white minority rule?
