Tomorrow evening in Liverpool the seasoned Hillsborough Stadium justice campaigner Phil Scraton will be speaking at the Merseyside Writing On The Wall Festival.
The theme of his talk is the right of bereaved families to know the full context in which their loved ones died.
Professsor Scraton's talk comes against a backdrop of the Chief Coroner in the UK initiating measures that will avoid inquests in the cases of Covid-19 deaths which focus on government policy and implementation and not merely the mere "facts of death".
