To have a group of people so obsessed with what other people do with their genitals is, frankly, just weird.
Now, yes, I accept that their Bible actually has very little to say about sexual behaviour, but Christianity seems to have moved so far away from those teachings that now it’s primary reason to exist is to be angry about what people do with other people’s genitals.
Can you imagine bringing up children in that sort of environment? It simply can’t be healthy.
“No-one is born Christian, so it should be easy to stop being one.”
Mr Williams went on to describe the nature of the conversion therapy.

ReplyDeleteGet's vote..might work. If Christians think conversation therapy work's to convert people from the evils of homosexuality the same science can be used to find cures for lots of things...
Firstly, if anyone's school of thought goes along the line they can cure anyone of homosexuality by talking and giving themselves over to Jesus never mind Allah, Yahweh or any of the rest, should be put on an island themselves to stop them breeding. Vegans same rules apply, put them on another island to stop them breeding. Vegetarian's, the cool ones can stay..
Secondly anytime I hear whoever talk to me about God and all the rest, I am not inspired to give it the “Amen for Jesus”. Yet when Clay Morrow preaches, I am inspired enough to give it an “Amen to Clay..”
And when I take religion out of the equation, conversation therapy in the space between my ears sounds like this, if two men are in a room talking about the rights and wrongs of taking it up the bum, both are gay and they are turning each other on. Doesn't turn me on. If two women are talking about being sexually attracted to other women<--those convo's get my vote everytime. One of the best things about not having to make time an give it the habdullah's facing the wailing wall five times a week, twice on holy days of obligation..Is have more time on my hands to do what I want.
