Allister said that the Chief Constable could have sanitised the Garvaghy Road and escorted the thirty-five Orange Men down it.
This morning, two weeks ago, before the mob were organised he (the Chief Constable) could have sanitised the Garvaghy Road and escorted those thirty-five men, who were a threat to no one, down that road . . . - Jim Allister.
What he meant was that the Chief Constable should have ordered the removal of those people from their own streets as though they were dirt or vermin that needed cleaned up.
Well there you go, Jim Allister just reminded all right-minded people why the Orange Order insists on marching through areas where the people don't want them.
They see the people in those Nationalist areas as dirt and vermin who need to be cleaned off their own streets so that they can show those people up close that they can parade their culture of hate wherever and whenever they want.
Don't forget that this same cretin Allister described the rapist Davy Tweed as being "larger than life" after he died.
This is why the Orange Order should not be allowed to parade through any Nationalist area ever again and the finger should be pointed at Jim Allister for stopping them.
