Now, reading and listening to Mary Lou at the London pro-Palestine march makes me wonder: am I now living in dystopia? And is doublespeak the new lingua franca of the politics of Sinn Féin? I must ask these questions especially now since I am so astounded at the sheer warp-speed political gymnastics it takes to configure the genesis of Mary Lou foisting her peace message onto the masses of the pro-Palestine people in London. But moreover, in addition, the government the masses of people marching in London oppose, is one of the main supporters of the criminal Zionist regime. And apropos, isn’t it the same government with whom she has enjoyed sharing this vaunted 25 year peace process?

Remember this too, the first words from Mary Lou on October 7 was: complete condemnation of the Hamas breakout of the Gaza concentration camp, after which she returned to a doublespeak smokescreen of criticism of the Israeli regime.
