  1. BTW, if you believe in freedom of expression, why did you ban me from commenting on your FB posts? It is so much more difficult to seek out this place to comment. Either you believe in free speech or you don't. Either way your pro Zelensky sh!t is juvenile, ill-informed and laughable. Shame on you for continuing Biden's war.

Джон, this is my take, not the TPQ's. I think Vlad gets bad press in the West, Rambo is a stool pigeon for the West both Russian and Ukrainian troops have carried out war crimes in the Donbas region, and the way the war is going for Ukraine ATM, Rambo is probably thinking about training boy scouts for the front line while he is protected by US Navy Seals in a bunker and his wife shops in Paris...

Let's stay with your school of thought and anyone who has dealt, deals, or other with 'Putins Russia' is a cunt. Several years ago I wrote a piece called 'Fuck you John Podesta'. I mentioned how...

Hillary Clinton had her own Ms Fix it: Huma Abedin who was directly involved with the cover up concerning the "Uranium One scandal "(New York Times)

The NYT article explains how The Clinton Crime Family got very rich buying and selling Uranium with 'Putins Russia'. Does that make The Clintons cunts?

What about the BRICS banking system are they all cunts because they deal with 'Putins Russia?' What about Western Central Banks who set up, funded, and sign off on BRICS. in Nov 2001. Are the people who control the same banking system that you, me, and a boy named Sue use, cunts because they make money building 'BRICS'?

According to Happy Hunters laptop, his family made millions laundering money in Ukraine, dealt with 'Putins Russia', and had more than a few dodgy deals with 'Xi's China'...Are the Biden Crime Family cunts?

Or is it just The Donald and Putin? Where did your blind hatred for The Donald spring from Barry? Write a piece and enlighten TPQ explaining why you resent a man who hasn't done a thing to you, so much.

Frankie, yourwhite washing of Putin's unprovoked invasion of and attempted genocide in Ukraine

Ok so NATO didn't expand, the West upheld its end of the Minsk Agreements. There wasn't an American/Western-led and funded coup d'etat in Ukraine in 2014. And only Russia is guilty of ethnically cleansing along the Ukrainian/Russian border. And this 2014The Guardian piece, the Al-jazeera article about who said what at Minsk and Stop the war's piece THE US HAS REPEATEDLY BLOCKED PEACE IN UKRAINE — IS IT RETHINKING?' -----all Russian propaganda.

makes your crocodile tears over the suffering of Palestinians even more hypocritical.

The ethnic cleansing that has been going on by both Ukrainian and Russian Nazis all along the Donbas, is in no way comparable to the genocide carried out by Israeli Nazis on Palestinians.

Once the war between NATO and Russia ends in some sort of 'Minsk 3', Ukraine will be allowed to rebuild, and Ukrainians will be paid to return.....

Once the war is over in Gaza there won't be any Palestinians alive to rebuild 'the Strip',

A traitor to who exactly? How have you arrived at this conclusion?

"I am not entirely sure of the relevance of radioactive isotopes and foreign soil."

If Russia had no issue using nuclear weapons on UK soil then where do you draw the line? This point isn't lost on the West and I'd argue feeds in to NATO consideration hence why Russia is facing their new Afghanistan- even if they obtain a military victory they will be faced with a hostile native population that absolutely does not want them there.

Europe has cut their reliance on cheap Russian gas down to about 8% and will continue to source from the US and Norway to further reduce their need. Putin talks a big game about the BRICs who invent nothing and who all try to emulate the West but the reality is they are 3rd world at best. China is in a very precarious position financially, Russian wealth belongs to a concentrated mob of Putin cronies while Russian cities disintegrate due to lack of public funds to maintain them, India has enormous numbers in abject poverty and Brazil is little better with its rampant corruption at all levels.

The Ukraine war will be the end of Russia as a regional power. They do not even look after their own people, they get their very worst prisoners' to fight as cannonfodder reminiscent of Stanlingrad and they are led by KGB bully boy who has read the room wrong- The West strength is it's democracy, it's democracy is not it's weakness. When outsiders push to much and politicians cave in then new elections are called and far stronger leaders emerge. The pendulum also swings back.

"....even if they obtain a military victory they will be faced with a hostile native population that absolutely does not want them there."

Your mistake here is to consider that there is a single native population. The Ukraine has half a dozen native populations. These range from the Banderite Nazi Russian haters, to the Poles, the Hungarians the Rumanians and the despised Russians.

The only areas that Russia is interested in consist of ethnic Russians, most of whom back Russia. After all, their language is banned for public use and they are being treated in much the same way that the Irish were with the equivalence of Penal Laws, language restrictions, political parties and persecution of their religion. This was after a bloody CIA inspired coup which removed their President. These Russian areas will rally to a new extended Russia, regaining its lost ground. Their forefathers were born there when it was Russia. They were gifted to a fake Ukrainian State by Bolsheviks and they oppose with every fibre of their being the Kiev Nazi, Banderite regime that seeks to exterminate them.

"The Ukraine war will be the end of Russia as a regional power. They do not even look after their own people, they get their very worst prisoners' to fight as cannonfodder reminiscent of Stanlingrad and they are led by KGB bully boy who has read the room wrong- The West strength is it's democracy, it's democracy is not it's weakness. Oh and Frankie, what did Zionists or Zionism ever do to you?

In a nutshell, ill-informed people who think they know what they are talking about at times piss off my oldest daughter and that pisses me off. She is Jewish but not a Zionist and some people think Zionists and Jews are the same and want the same things for Palestine. Why don't you listen to Rabbi Yisroel 'Davy' Weiss and "We Cry for the Palestinians" .......

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Rabbi Weiss is from a tiny fundamentalist Judaic sect that opposes Zionism on the grounds that there should be no Jewish state until the Second Coming of the Messiah. These crackpots are known to promote Holocaust denial and support Hamas.

      Delete
    2. Yes Zionism is distinct from Judaism but is still an aspect of Jewishness. It is basically a call for a Jewish nation in their ancient homeland and having achieved that, it had served it's purpose. It is logically possible to oppose the West Bank Occupation and the appalling loss of life in Gaza and still be a Zionist. I am neither pro or anti Zionist but I am opposed to it's Demonisation as a global canal of evil because a similar delusive ideology about Jewish canals powers traditional Antisemitism. I want a fully sovereign Palestinian state btw.

      Delete
    3. Barry, Zionism is basically a call for land theft whether it be in Africa or the Middle East. How an atheist like yourself buys into biblical myths about an ancient homeland invites explanation. It was a homeland to many people not just Jewish folk. Then Zionist mythmaking started in order to provide historical cover for land theft. Likewise, how you are not anti-Zionist also invites explanation when Zionism is now a genocidal project. This is why I continuously refer to Nazi-like atrocity. You have always spoken up against genocide, yet end up not addressing key concerns. At some point I hope you stop supporting the Labour Party led by the anti-human rights lawyer who like Blair before him openly supports war crimes.

      Delete
    4. The premise of Israel is absurd. Stealing other people's land to build an exclusionary ethnostate to fulfil a millennia-old religious prophecy is totally offensive to 21st century sensibilities.

However there are now 7 million Jewish people living in there; a mixture of indigenous, European settlers, and refugees from Arab states post-1948. The Israeli state has unqualified Western support and if all else fails an undeclared arsenal of nuclear weapons.

The odds of Israel collapsing and a secular multi-ethnic democracy encompassing all of Palestine emerging are nil. In this reality a two-state solution is the only way forward.

The question isn't really whether Palestinians are going to be f*cked over or not but to what degree and two states is the least worst option.

      Delete
    5. Bleakley - absolutely absurd. It is appalling that secularists or humanists buy into it.

I do not agree with the two state solution because of the absurdity of what you point out. But it doesn't really matter what I agree with. I am not getting bombed into oblivion or having my children murdered by Israeli Einsatzgruppen because of it.

The Israeli historian Shlomo Sand - who rubbished the Zionist myth of an ancient homeland - feels that Israel should never have come into existence but now that it is here changes the facts on the ground and that to try to get rid of it would only exacerbate the problem. But rather than go for the ethnobabble of a Jewish state for Jewish citizens he thinks it has to be an Israeli state for Israeli citizens.

To refuse to countenance a two state solution in my view can only ensure more misery and destruction for Palestinians at the hands of Zionist Nazis. What we might wish for and what burden we can expect others to bear to satisfy our wishes is irreconcilable.

I feel given the balance of forces there is as much chance of getting a one state solution as there is of getting the same for India, Pakistan and Bangladesh.

  23. There is encouraging movement internationally and domestically towards the goals I have outlined. Despite the shenanigans in the UK parliament this week there is a cross party consensus developing in that direction with Labour moving well away from Keir's totally wrong initial support for the deprivation of food, water and electricity to Gaza. Btw, I have no plans intention of leaving the Labour Party because of defamatory accusations that the Party supports genocide. Keir has a good track record in human rights advocacy , e.g his successful defence of the McLibel Two

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Barry - the party has been complicit in genocide. It opposed a ceasefire that would have put an end to genocide. Starmer might at one time have had a good track record in human rights but that has evaporated like snow on a ditch once he supported the war crime you have referred to as being 'totally wrong.' He is an anti-human rights lawyer. It is disappointing that you continue to remain in a party whose leaders have consistently supported war crimes - is that not a good enough reason to leave any party?

  25. When discussing Zionism, it is important to appreciate the motives and forces behind it which was the rampant anti-Jewishness in Europe in the 19th century culminating in the Kishinev pogrom of 1903 and symbolised by the Dreyfuss affair and the Elders of Zion forgery. It was just another nationalist movement. Anyway, those are my views and I am not resiling from them at the behest of anyone.

    1. Anti-Semitism was one factor fuelling it but there was a history of it even prior to Herzl. An even more prominent factor was land grabbing colonialism. Zionism also toyed with the idea of stealing African land. Palestinian land was easier to steal because of the mythology that permeated much Jewish thinking. Whatever its origins it is now Naziism because of its genocidal urges and actions.
