We, 11 Turkish revolutionaries imprisoned in Greek prisons, will be on an indefinite hunger strike starting today, October 7, 2022 with the following demands:
Revolutionaries can't be prosecuted according to anti-terrorism laws. The file should be removed from counter terrorism and 333 years imprisonment under anti terrorism laws should be cancelled.
2. Due process was not maintained in court. It was a political decision, not legal. We want a fair process.
3. Our right to defend ourselves has been violated. We want our defence to be unimpeded.
4. We are in detention since 19.03.2020. Arrest is a precaution. Extending detention turns from
precaution into punishment We are political refugees. We have fixed addresses. There's no danger of escaping. We want the court to continue without arrest.
5. In the chamber, with the court's approval, the police attacked and tortured us. We want the court that ordered the torture and the torturing policemen to be punished.
We Will Not Accept - And Resist Against Terror Of Law And Injustice Of Imperialism And Collaborative Fascist Governments!
We Want Justice We Shall Receive It!
