This Saturday the Seán Heuston Society Dublin are holding their monthly educational talk and Q&A, with ex-Hungerstriker and trade union activist Tommy McKearney giving a talk on ‘The Politics of James Connolly’.
Tommy is a lifelong admirer of James Connolly and an active proponent of his politics, so we can expect a passionate case to be made for the implementation of his politics in the Ireland of today.
The talk is again in the National History Museum, formerly Collins Barracks, beside the Croppies Acre this Saturday, July 25th at 1pm. All welcome.
For more information contact the Sean Heuston Society Dublin on their Facebook or Twitter accounts or get in touch with us directly on this site.
