MartyDownUnder, He did not only lie about his role in the IRA, He lied about his role in getting his brother off side in relation to sex the abuse allegations. A friend of mine who knows him extremely well recently commented to me that, 'people like Gerry he has always had charisma' I have seen my cats leave things on the door step that have more charisma, more integrity, certainly and definitely more honesty, similiar teeth though.
