Matt Fitzpatrick Society To Hold Annual Pike Fishing Competition This Sunday

This weekend sees the Matt Fitzpatrick Society in Newtownbutler hold their annual pike fishing competition, an event now in its third year and which continues to grow in popularity.

Sign in is from 10am to 10.45am on Sunday 18th October, with first cast at 11am sharp. Competition closes at 3pm and heaviest catch wins outright.

Assemble at GTS Tyres (formerly McBride’s Filling Station) at Gortnacarrow, Newtownbutler. All welcome and refreshments will be served at competition’s end.
